Madison Track and Field
Hey Team, as you know we are out of school until Easter because of the Corona pandemic. We still do not know if the Track and Field season is canceled for good or if it is just postponed. With that being said you should still plan on having the season. Below I have listed some at Home workouts that you can do to help keep you in shape.
Warm Up 3/17/2020 american_ninja_warrior.jpg
Workout - 50 Push ups, 100 Sit ups, 100 jumping jacks, 50 Mountain Climbers, 1 minute plank (3 times), 30 second wall sit (3 times)

Workout ( Go outside and run/Walk/Jog for 25 Minutes.
